In 2026, at Entretien et Services Claritas, regular cleaning costs $130 before tax for a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo or apartment, $140 for a 1-bedroom house and $150 for a 2-bedroom condo or house. Deep cleaning and move-in / move-out cleaning start at $225 (condo or apartment) or $300 (house). These are flat prices based on your home, not an hourly rate, and the price is the same for a one-time, weekly, biweekly or monthly visit. GST and QST extra.

Deep cleaning and move-in / move-out cleaning are priced at the regular cleaning price plus 40%, with a minimum of $225 for a condo or apartment and $300 for a house. What changes the price?
The calculator starts from the base package (type of home, bedrooms, bathrooms) and only adds what you select:

- Deep and move-out cleaning: these room add-ons get the same 40% increase. The inside of the oven and fridge is already included. The $15 pet add-on applies to regular cleaning only. For deep and move cleaning, pet hair is assessed in the custom quote.
- Other appliances (microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, fridge for regular cleaning): the inside is added in the calculator, which shows the price.
- Windows: assessed by number, size and accessibility, with a free quote. The same goes for carpets, upholstered furniture and mattresses.
- Heavy build-up or difficult conditions: the calculator does not give an instant price; we prepare a custom quote.
- Frequency: no effect on the price.
Price examples
- 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house with a finished basement: $150 + $35 = $185 before tax.
- 1-bedroom condo with a half bathroom: $130 + $12 = $142 before tax.
- Deep cleaning of a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a finished basement: ($225 + $35) plus 40% = $364 before tax.
- Taxes on a $150 cleaning: GST $7.50 + QST $14.96 = $172.46 including tax.
Hourly rate or flat price?
We don’t charge by the hour. Your price is a flat rate based on your home and the options you choose, shown before tax before you even send a request. It may be adjusted once we have checked the condition of the home and the scope of the work.

- Bathrooms: toilets cleaned, sinks, bathtub or shower, mirrors, floors.

- Products: for regular cleaning we use your usual products and bring all the equipment.
