What a regular cleaning includes
Every visit covers the rooms listed in your request:
- Kitchen: counters, sink and faucets, outside of cabinets and appliances, table or island, floor.
- Bathrooms: toilet cleaned, sink, tub or shower, mirrors, counters, floor.
- Living areas and bedrooms: dusting of accessible furniture and surfaces, doors, handles and switches, vacuuming of rugs and floors (pet hair included), floor washing.
For regular cleaning we can use your usual products, which helps when someone at home is sensitive to scents. We bring the equipment. Inside-appliance cleaning (oven, fridge and others) is an option in the calculator, with its price shown.
House, condo or semi-detached: what changes on the South Shore
Condos near the REM and main roads. In Brossard (Solar Uniquartier, the DIX30 area) or downtown Longueuil, many units are recent, with large windows and engineered-wood or vinyl floors. The work focuses on the open kitchen, the bathroom and the floors. Our service covers the inside of your unit; corridors, elevators and lobbies fall under our condominium maintenance.
Multi-level houses. In Boucherville, Saint-Bruno, Sainte-Julie or Chambly, houses often have a finished basement, two or more bathrooms and stairs. Each extra bedroom and bathroom is simply added to the calculation, and you see the exact price before you send your request.
Families and pets. Pets are welcome. Tell us if a cat should be kept apart or a door kept closed; the instruction goes in your file.

How much does a house cleaner cost in Boucherville?
In Boucherville, regular cleaning starts at $130 before tax for a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo or apartment and $140 for a 1-bedroom house. The price is the same in Saint-Bruno, Varennes, Candiac and La Prairie, and it does not change with the frequency. Each bedroom from the 3rd adds $25 flat per extra bedroom (not an hourly rate) and each bathroom from the 2nd adds $25 flat per extra bathroom (not an hourly rate). GST and QST extra.
Do you do end-of-lease cleaning in Candiac and La Prairie?
Yes. In Candiac and La Prairie we do move-in and move-out (end-of-lease) cleaning for houses, semi-detached homes and condos, for example before a key handover around July 1. It starts at $225 before tax for a condo or apartment and $300 for a house; the inside of the oven and fridge is included and we bring our own products. The price shows in the online calculator.
Do you clean large homes in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville and Boucherville?
Yes. In Saint-Bruno and Boucherville, houses often have several floors, a finished basement and two or more bathrooms. The price follows the real size of the home: $25 per bedroom from the 3rd, $25 per bathroom from the 2nd, $35 for a finished basement and $15 per floor of stairs. For example, a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a finished basement comes to $260 before tax for a regular cleaning.
Do you serve Varennes?
