What commercial cleaning includes
The exact scope is set in a cleaning plan agreed with you (areas, frequency, time slots). Depending on your plan:
Offices and professional spaces
- Workstations, reception, meeting rooms, kitchenettes and common areas.
- Washrooms.
- Restocking toilet paper, soap, paper towels and garbage bags, using supplies provided by your company.
Medical, dental, physiotherapy and other private health clinics
- Waiting room and reception, offices, washrooms, staff room, hallways and common areas.
- High-touch surfaces: door handles, reception counter, light switches, waiting-room chairs and armrests, faucets and dispensers.
- Your internal instructions (products to use or avoid, restricted areas) are built into the cleaning plan during the walkthrough.
- General cleaning only: no specialized clinical cleaning and no examination or treatment room cleaning.
Retail stores
- Retail sales floors, display areas, counters, entrances and customer-facing spaces, subject to the agreed scope.
- Washrooms and high-touch surfaces.
Restaurants
- General cleaning: dining room, washrooms, entrance and customer areas, outside business hours, with a method and products agreed with you.
- No specialized kitchen degreasing (hoods, equipment) and no food-contact sanitation.
Condominiums (common areas)
- Hallways, elevators, entrances and other common areas.
Periodic work
- Floor care (stripping, waxing, polishing), which can be combined with regular cleaning.
- Preparing premises before occupancy or before handing over the keys, on quote.
- Post-construction cleaning: a separate service, on quote.
Frequencies and schedules
- Daily, several times a week or weekly.
- Evenings, weekends or outside your business hours (or consultation hours, for clinics), so your staff, customers or patients are not disturbed.
- Access arrangements for your premises are agreed with you before the first visit.
- Several sites for one client: each site gets the same standard.

How much does commercial cleaning cost?

What is not included
- In restaurants: specialized kitchen degreasing (hoods, equipment, grease traps) and food-contact sanitation.
- In clinics: specialized clinical cleaning and examination or treatment room cleaning.
- In clinics: handling medical waste and sharps, and cleaning or sterilizing medical instruments. These remain the responsibility of the clinic and its specialized suppliers.
- Post-construction cleaning is not part of regular cleaning: it is a separate service, on quote.
